KRUSE AUCTION LICENSE SUSPENDED

AUBURN, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – The Indiana Auctioneer Commission has voted to permanently revoke the license of Kruse Incorporated and Dean Kruse has lost his license to hold an auction for the next two years.
One Indiana Auctioneer Commission board member we spoke with over the phone says the vote was simple after the evidence was brought to their attention but wouldn’t elaborate what that evidence was specifically.
All of this comes after months of financial problem for Dean Kruse including multiple lawsuits alleging Kruse has not paid for auction related items.
